![]() Experience in the evaluation and interventions of physically, cognitively and autistic impaired children.Evidence of performing oral-motor/feeding evaluations and intervention.Ability to work effectively with professionals, agency and school personnel.Knowledge of normal early childhood growth and development.Course work in the area of cognitive impairment, hearing impairment, autistic and/or related areas of special education.Must pass criminal background check as required by School Safety Legislation.Experience in working effectively and cooperatively with parents of children birth to age three.Experience in diagnostics and intervention with children birth to age three.Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively with people and agencies associated with special education.Documented evidence of successful clinical experience in communication disorders and language development with children birth to age three.ASHA certification and licensure in Michigan.Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in speech preferred.Master's degree in communication disorders or speech/language pathology from an accredited college or university.Position: Speech & Language Pathologist (MIPP)ĭirector and/or Supervisor of Preschool and Assessment Center Services ![]()
